The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • We know your privacy is important to you. This Privacy Policy informs you of the information that we collect from you, how we collect it, and what we do with it. By using the web site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

    How and when we collect information: We collect “personal” information from you such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number and email address when you provide it to us.

    What we do with your information: We use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing your order and keeping you informed about your order. We will not rent, trade or share your personal information with any other company without your consent.

    IP address and cookies: We also collect “non-personal” information from you, such as your browser type, your ISP, operating system, your IP address and the web sites, URLs, search engines, and keywords that lead you to our site. We may use this information to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer or improve our website.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We will ship your purchase via United Parcel Service (UPS) for ground delivery, and our pricing includes all shipping and handling costs for delivery to destinations within the United States and Canada. UPS indicates your purchase should be delivered within 5-7 days of shipment. If you wish to ship your purchase for quicker delivery or to a destination outside the U.S. or Canada, we will contact you after we receive your order to determine what additional shipping charge or arrangements will be necessary.


  • Sales Tax
  • In accordance with current law, no sales tax is applied to all sales destined for delivery outside Washington state. All sales to be delivered within Washington state will include sales tax at the rate of 9.5%. If your city or county uses a lower rate, please let us know and we will refund the difference, if asked.


  • Return Policy
  • We are confident you will find that the artwork reproduced in our fine art prints and posters is even more beautiful than what is shown on the computer monitor. However, please make your purchase with care. All sales are final; once your purchase is delivered there will be no returns.
